Here are some FAQs in case you needed some more information about how our partnership program works:

Q) What do the mini claw machines look like?

A) One of our units can be seen here Request a Machine.

Q) Do I have to pay anything to have the claw machine(s) placed?

A) Absolutely not! We provide the hardware free of charge.

Q) What if the machine was to get stolen while it is placed in my business?

A) You would assume zero of the liability if the machine gets stolen while it is placed in your business. This is a risk that we assume and handle if necessary.

Q) What do I do if the machine breaks and one of my customers gets angry?

A) If the machine purchase is under $10 we will reimburse you any costs that come out of your pocket no questions asked. If the amount is larger than $10 please email us at questions@quickquackvending.com. We will be happy to assist you!

Q) Do I have to sign a contract to have the machine placed?

A) We largely do business on verbal agreements but if you would like a more extensive written contract for peace of mind send us an email!

Q) How large are the machines?

A) The mini claw machines are 12” x 18” x 60”. The base is not much larger than a piece of printer paper!

Q) Do we have to refill the machines when they run out of toys?

A) Our associates will refill the machines on a bi-weekly to bi-monthly basis depending on need.

Q) Will the mini claw machine run up my electric bill?

A) Not at all. Our mini claw machines are extremely energy efficient and only require approximately $0.50 worth of electricity each MONTH!

Q) Will I have to be involved with any part of the machine’s payment system?

A) Not at all. Our associates handle the payment process.

Q) What if we no longer want the machine in our business?

A) We want our partnership to be a win-win. If for whatever reason you want us to remove the machine please send us an email and we will have an associate remove the machine within 3 business days.
